Return Policy
Please unpack and inspect your order IMMEDIATELY. Any damage/shortage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order.
NO claims will be accepted after 48 hours.
Merchandise cannot be returned without a returns goods authorization (RGA) number from HardwareAccents.com. Packages returned without an RGA number on the outside of the package will be refused and no credit given. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days.
Returns are subject to a MINIMUM 25% restocking fee except for Amerock products returned for exchange within the 30 day time period. These fees are charged by our suppliers to return their products.
Returns and exchanges must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. We cannot resell used hardware.
RGA numbers are good for a period of 10 days after date of issue.
Any merchandise returned without an RGA# or returned to the wrong location will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Any shipping charges incurred by us to return the merchandise to the correct warehouse will be deducted from your credit.
All sales final on discontinued and closeout merchandise.
Absolutely no credit can be given after 90 days from original order date.

Moen bath accessories are subject to a 35% restock fee.
Notting Hill products are subject to a 30% restock fee.
Smedbo products are subject to a 30% restock fee.
Top Knobs cabinet knobs and pulls are subject to a 30% restock fee.
Anne at Home products are subject to a 35% restock fee and are non-returnable after 21 days.
If you received an offer of free shipping on your order, our shipping costs will be deducted from any credit. Customer is liable for shipping costs on returns or exchanges (except for defects or errors in shipping).
CANCELLATION POLICY
Many orders ship within 24 hours. Once an order is processed (your credit card is charged) it cannot be cancelled. If your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In these instances your order can be returned according to the terms of our Return Policy. No orders can be cancelled after 24 hours.
This return/cancellation policy is posted on our web site and is non-negotiable. There are no exceptions. Please do not ask our customer service reps to make an exception, as they cannot.
